Shipment of Orders

Orders routinely ship every Friday except during the Christmas season when they are shipped twice
weekly. Cherise Stutzman uses USPS for shipping, unless patron specifically requests alternate shipping
options (for additional costs, based on FEDEX or UPS pricing). Shipments occur twice weekly. The one
exception to this is for original artwork which may be shipped by FedEx or UPS based on location and
need of item. Please note that purchases may take up to 14 days to ship due to printing, packaging and mailing.

Customers are free to email the artist for inquiries on packaging tracking if needed. Please email questions
to: cherisestutzman@gmail.com Please be patient with the USPS if COVID restrictions affect your local
postal location.

If you would like special commissioned work, please write to the artist directly. Prices are based on a scale
of the following criteria: size, time, material, subject matter, level of detail and difficulty. On average,
typical commissions (8×10 to 12×20) take a couple months from start to finish. You are responsible for
providing a usable reference photo unless you want C.A. Stutzman to also invent the painting. Contracts
are required before beginning the work to protect patron and artist from any miscommunication.

Returns are not permissible with this artist, however if product becomes damaged in shipping, we will
assist you in creating a claim with the USPS service. Cherise Stutzman loves providing the very best
service to all her clients from concept to delivery of prints or originals. Please feel free to contact her
